Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on be939.cam. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you" or "your"), and the operator of the be939 online betting and live casino platform, accessible at be939.cam (hereinafter "be939", "we", "us" or "our").
be939 operates as an online betting and live casino platform offering sports betting markets, live casino table games and slot products. All interface content is presented in the English language and all amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. This does not imply that be939 holds a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority, nor that the platform is approved, endorsed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body.
By accessing be939.cam, creating an account or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Important: These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and be939.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:
3.1 By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) the moment you create an Account; (b) the moment you place a Wager; or (c) the moment you access any section of the Platform beyond public information pages.
3.2 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using another person's Account, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. be939 does not permit Account sharing and any such use may result in Account suspension.
3.3 be939 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via the contact information held on account.
Do not use the Platform if you do not agree. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform immediately and close your Account by contacting support.
4.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — to create an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. be939 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be conducted at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to persons under the minimum age will be closed immediately and any funds handled in accordance with applicable policy.
4.2 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. If you are subject to any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering into enforceable agreements, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
4.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. be939 does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. Users located in Pakistan must assess their obligations under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable law before participating.
4.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account:
Age verification is mandatory. Providing false information regarding your age is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
5.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. be939 may use technical and analytical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed and any bonus funds associated with them forfeited.
5.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and throughout the life of your Account. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. be939 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.
5.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. You must notify be939 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. be939 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
5.4 KYC Verification. be939 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage. This may include submission of a CNIC, passport, proof of address or other documents as reasonably requested. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction, withdrawal holds or Account closure.
5.5 Right to Refuse. be939 reserves the right to decline any Account application without providing a reason.
6.1 Available Methods. Deposit methods available on the Platform are displayed in the cashier area and may change from time to time. Payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar local payment options. None of these providers endorse gambling, confirm support for be939 or hold any affiliation with the Platform. Availability, limits and processing rules are subject to change without notice.
6.2 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. be939 may require evidence that a deposit originates from a source belonging to the Account holder.
6.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction. be939 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
6.4 Currency. All Account balances, bets and transaction records are displayed in PKR. Any currency conversion that may occur at a payment processing level is the responsibility of the relevant payment provider.
6.5 Refunds. Deposits that have been used to place wagers are generally non-refundable. Deposit refund requests that have not been wagered will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable fraud checks and KYC compliance.
7.1 Identity Match. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. be939 reserves the right to request confirmation of identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
7.2 KYC Prerequisite. Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for withdrawal processing. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending the provision of satisfactory documentation.
7.3 Bonus Wagering. Where an active bonus is attached to your account, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied — or the bonus forfeited — before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw with a pending bonus may require you to decline the bonus in the cashier.
7.4 Processing Times. be939 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Times depend on the operator's internal procedures and the selected payment method. Contact support if a withdrawal remains pending beyond any timeframe stated in the cashier at the time of request.
7.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the cashier at the time of the request. be939 reserves the right to stage large withdrawals across multiple payments.
7.6 Right to Withhold. be939 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or pending investigations.
8.1 Bonus Terms Govern. All Bonuses are subject to individual Bonus Terms published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of that Bonus.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. A wagering (rollover) requirement specifies the number of times a bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit — must be staked before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. Where a maximum bet per spin or wager is specified during an active bonus period, exceeding that limit may result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of account balance.
8.4 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino products may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The applicable contribution rates are published in the relevant Bonus Terms.
8.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus funds expire after the period stated in the individual Bonus Terms. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
8.6 Bonus Abuse. be939 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold related winnings and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing wagers to minimise risk, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer.
8.7 No Entitlement. Bonuses are discretionary. be939 is under no obligation to offer any specific bonus to any User.
9.1 Confirmation of Bets. A wager is accepted and binding only upon receipt of a confirmed bet reference on the Platform. No bet is valid until such confirmation is issued. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the wager shall be deemed void and any staked amount returned.
9.2 Odds. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager. be939 does not guarantee the availability of specific odds for any event.
9.3 Live / In-Play Betting. In-play markets update in real time. be939 reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at be939's discretion.
9.4 Obvious Errors. be939 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published as a result of an obvious error, technical fault or data feed malfunction. In such cases, staked amounts will be returned to the User's account balance.
9.5 Integrity. Bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, spot-fixing or other integrity violations may be voided at be939's sole discretion, regardless of the declared result.
9.6 Sports Context. be939 offers markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 tournaments, ICC events, international football, UFC and other sports for informational betting purposes. Reference to these events does not imply any official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any sports governing body.
10.1 be939 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should remain an entertainment activity. If gambling causes you financial difficulty, emotional distress or interpersonal harm, you should stop immediately and seek support.
10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gambling tools are available or intended through account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. We encourage all Users to set these limits proactively.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined or indefinite period, you may do so by contacting support or through the account settings area. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to create a new account or circumvent the exclusion.

Adults 18+ Only. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum required by the applicable licence jurisdiction. Being 18 years of age does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users must assess local law independently.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
11.2 be939 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law, and to withhold or return funds involved in suspected financial crime.
12.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, interface design, logos, software code, game assets and promotional materials — is the property of be939 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, modifying, distributing, reverse-engineering or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
12.3 The "be939" brand name and associated marks are the property of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
13.1 Service Availability. be939 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults and third-party service issues may cause temporary unavailability.
13.2 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be939's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
13.3 No Liability for User Losses. be939 accepts no liability for gambling losses sustained by Users. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and be939 makes no representations regarding likely winnings or outcomes.
13.4 Third-Party Payment Providers. be939 is not responsible for delays, errors or fees imposed by Payment Providers. Payment provider names referenced on the Platform appear as familiar local options only and do not imply a guaranteed payment pathway.
13.5 Force Majeure. be939 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, acts of government, natural disasters or cyberattacks.
14.1 The collection, processing and storage of personal data by be939 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
14.2 By creating an Account, you consent to be939 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and platform improvement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.3 be939 does not sell User personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Where data is shared with third-party processors, this is done under contractual data processing agreements consistent with the Privacy Policy.
15.1 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.
15.2 By be939. be939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:
15.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal procedures. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to applicable checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise specified.
16.1 Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, which restricts gambling activities within the country. The legal status of online and remote gambling may depend on the applicable law, the specific activity involved and the jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessed.
16.2 be939 does not claim to hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Any international licensing information applicable to the operator will be communicated accurately through official operator channels.
16.3 Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable Pakistani law. This clause does not constitute legal advice. be939 strongly encourages Users to seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about the lawfulness of online gambling in their specific circumstances.

17.1 be939 reserves the right to amend, revise or update these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification.
17.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.
17.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. be939 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to read or review amendments in a timely manner.
18.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary licence, as communicated through official operator channels. For the avoidance of doubt, this is not Pakistani law — and this provision does not imply that the Platform is licensed or regulated under Pakistani law.
18.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall endeavour to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication in the first instance.
18.3 Disputes relating to specific wagers, settlements or account transactions should be submitted to support within 30 days of the relevant event. be939 will review disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable period.
18.4 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
